Our Zen Garden Quest

We've been selling Zen Gardens now for several years and for us the idea was always more important than the product itself. So not long ago I had a customer return the Zen garden we sold her with a note: " This is cheaply made" (referring to the stapled cardboard bottom) I felt like saying you idiot it's Zen it's Paper...not  permanent... Zen! And start chanting "all things must pass". But, of course, I didn't and gladly refunded her money. But that got me thinking.

In Search of the Permanent Zen Garden!

So, I would like to present to you a superbly built Zen garden one not generally found in the market. It is hand crafted with edges rounded, corners mitered, and a permanent hard bottom inserted into the wood not stapled. These gardens can be proudly given and enjoyed for many years. Disclaimer: Life is still impermanent and as you know, that idea is hard to sell anyway.  We still offer the original Sarut Zen garden , it is less money and they do just fine. No one has complained of sand loss or any other problems with construction. So take your pick!
