Esplanade is a wide street connecting Main and short just across from the Kentucky Theatre. The 8000 sq ft building was originally the Telephone Company. Later it was divided into 5 storefront bays occupied by various retailers for the past 20 years. For the past 5 years most of the building has been vacant.
