Recipes for Turkish Coffee Dessert Drinks
You’re not likely to find any of these drinks in gourmet coffee Shops (try ordering Dublin Mud at your local Starbucks). Turkish just takes too long to make and tends to be messy for the inexperienced
coffee server. These are the drinks that have become popular at Natasha's Cafe in Kentucky.
Natasha's Choice. This is our House specialty and it's real simple. Just make a double Turkish without sugar and top it with freshly made whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Serve in a larger cappuccino

Dublin Mud. We grind Irish cream flavored coffee beans (no syrups please) Turkish style. (For this one you may need a Turkish coffee mill). Brew the double Irish Turkish (no
sugar), and pour over 1 oz or less of Irish Cream liqueur. Top with whipped cream.
Coffee Africa. This is our own special blend of chocolate and Turkish coffee. Just prepare it like you would Turkish except double the quantity used. For example, for a single demitasse use two heaping
teaspoons of Africa instead of one.
Coffee Zebra. Prepare a double Coffee Africa, which would mean using a large ibrik and 4 heaping teaspoons of Africa. Pour the Africa into a cappuccino cup, top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
We make baby Zebra by using half of everything, small ibrik, 2 teaspoons of Africa, etc.
Coffee Kilamanjaro. Prepare a double coffee Africa as you would for a Coffee Zebra, but instead of whipped cream, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The chocolate sprinkles are optional…
