Q. I ordered something but my shopping cart is empty
A. You probably have cookies turned off in your browser settings. If you do have cookies turned on and are using Microsoft internet explorer 5.5 you may need to download service pack 1 (SP1) from the Microsoft update site, if you are using Netscape, make sure you have version 4.7 or higher for best results.

Q. The shopping cart won't take my credit card...
A. Make sure you don't put slashes or dashes in the expiration date

Q. This darn thing takes too long...
A. Yea, we know, and we are doing everything we can to make it faster, for now though, visa transactions on Authorize.net may take up to 30 seconds.

Q. I hit the submit button twice by accident, did I charge my visa card twice.
A. No, the system checks for duplicate orders and just in case the system doesn't work, a real human actually looks at all the orders and voids the duplicates before visa gets them
