"How much will my shipping be?"
To find out your shipping charges, hit the "order" button on the product page.
This will take you into the shopping cart. Set the box labeled 'choose shipping
method' to Canada, or 'APO, as appropriate. The shipping charges will then be
listed by each option. Your order is not submitted until you give us your credit
card information, and that takes one more page.
About Shipping: "We only ship to Canada and APO addresses. Priority Post to APO's, and Global Express Mail to Canada. (However, we will ship larger quantities (10 items or more) by special arrangement to Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Japan. Just email your request or call in the US 1-859-259-2694, 10am to 6pm EST.)
Select one of these two options in the pull down window in the shopping cart. We use USPS Global Express Mail Service to ship to Canada. It's a little expensive but very reliable. Tracking and insurance are included. Packages arrive in 4 to 7 days, not including the time it may take for your package to clear Customs in your country. You may need to pay customs duties and sales tax yourself, if they apply. Once your package leaves the U.S., we cannot track it for you, but you should be able to track it through your own postal system once it enters your country." APO shipments go priority mail to state-side military mail centers and from there go overseas."
By Phone: Dial your country's prefix for international dialing, then 1-859-259-2694 Monday through Saturday. We're in the Cafe from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time (-5:00 GMT) and we speak Russian, Arabic, French and, of course, English.
By Mail: Go ahead and order on on-line. On the first page of the shopping cart select "send a check", complete the order and you will have a copy of your order to send to us with a check or international money order.
Credit Cards: If you intend to use your credit card and you live outside the United States you will need to supply us with accurate billing address (if different from shipping address), a work or home phone number, and the issuing bank's address and phone number.
