But this alarm I never slept through, only slightly quieter than a machine gun going off next to your head, this loud alarm clock is not for the weak of heart. Not affected by power failures, it needs only a small amount of discipline to wind it. You wind it up and get out of the room! The most obnoxious alarm clock sound I've ever heard.
