The Weighing of the HeartGod Anubis leads Hunefer into the Hall of Justice where his heart, his conscience, is weighed against the feather of Maat, the symbol of Order, Justice and Truth. Anubis checks the tongue of the scales while the monster known as the Eater of the Dead looks on. God Thot records the result.
